Our primary charity again this year is The Fisher House (www.fisherhouse.org), a program that supports the recuperation of our nation’s wounded battle heroes. Because members of the military and their families are stationed worldwide, they often have to travel great distances for specialized care. The foundation supports “comfort homes” which enable family members to be close to loved ones during these stressful times. Annually, the Fisher House program serves more than 10,000 families, and has provided nearly two and a half million days of lodging for our heroes’ family members since the program originated in 1990.

We are proud to announce that we will also be donating a portion of the event proceeds to the Falls Church Education Foundation. The Falls Church Education Foundation (FCEF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to supporting the Falls Church City Public Schools.  We focus on at risk-students and families, staff readiness and student preparedness for the 21st century.
